The building which has been recently renovated with absolute excellence in the field of tourist accommodation, is immersed in amazing and memorable countryside. The geography and history of the outlying territory reflect to the maximum this landscape: mountains, hills and green valleys, lakes and uncontaminated streams, clean air, atmosphere, colours, sounds, perfumes, all come together to make this place really magical. In the full respect of privacy and relax and in harmony with a holiday in the purest and most uncontaminated greenery, the old farmhouse is fortunately built on an isolated and fenced off estate which can only be reached by a private road. The hill which the building is built on enjoys a ’fascinating and suggestive panoramic view. The landscape of the location seems to have been chosen ‘on purpose’, it’s a true ‘hand- picked’ house. The entire property, surrounded by beautiful private grounds is embellished with flowers and plants and bordered by hedges which make the location extremely safe and adapted for customers with families. You can find a beautiful swimming pool (7x12 metres) sunken into the lush hills above the farm which is complete with a stone sun terrace equipped with elegant sun loungers and umbrellas. The Farm of Santamettole is only 30 km from the centre of Florence and 25 minutes drive from Florence airport. Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Montalcino as well as the Tuscan coast can be easily reached. The Designer Outlet of Barberino del Mugello ( Shopping ) is 5 minutes away and the Mugello race course is only 15 minutes away. Being close to Florence and the many artistic and naturalistic attractions and excursions nearby mean that your stay in Tuscany will be unforgettable.
